Items purchased with White Glove Delivery will be handled by a delivery team of at least two professionals. The service includes delivery inside your home, placement in your room of choice, assembly, and removal of packaging materials.
Before delivery, please clear the designated room and ensure that all doorways, hallways, stairways, and access paths are wide enough for the item. Delivery personnel are unable to move, rearrange, or remove your existing furniture.

Can I see real photos of the product?
Real product photos and videos are available for many of our furniture and lighting pieces. Please contact our Customer Support team with the product name or link, and we will share any available photos, videos, finish details, or material references to help you make an informed decision.
Is the product in stock, and how long will delivery take?
Availability and delivery times vary by product and fulfillment location. Some products are in stock at our U.S. fulfillment warehouse, while others require additional preparation or international fulfillment.

- Products not stocked at our U.S. fulfillment warehouse: approximately 40–55 business days
Each product undergoes preparation and quality inspection before shipment. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to the destination, product size, carrier capacity, weather, customs inspections, or other logistics conditions.

Can I return an item if I change my mind?
Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
Products must be unused, uninstalled, in resalable condition, and returned with their original packaging and protective materials. Please contact us before returning any product so we can confirm eligibility and provide the correct return instructions.
Custom, personalized, made-to-order, special-order, used, installed, and final-sale products are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or different from the approved specifications.
What happens if my order arrives damaged?
Please inspect the product and packaging promptly after delivery. If you notice shipping damage, a defect, missing components, or an incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please provide your order number, photos of the product and packaging, and a description of the issue. After the issue has been reviewed, we will provide an appropriate solution, which may include replacement parts, repair assistance, replacement, return authorization, or a refund.
Please keep all original packaging and protective materials while your request is being reviewed.
Do you provide replacement parts?
Replacement parts are available for many products. If the issue qualifies under the applicable Creston Living Limited Warranty, eligible parts may be provided after review and approval.
Depending on the circumstances and applicable warranty terms, customers may be responsible for replacement-part shipping costs.

Are your lighting products ETL or UL certified?
Certification varies by lighting product. Please contact us with the product name or link if you need ETL or UL certification information for a specific fixture.
All hardwired lighting must be installed by a licensed electrician in accordance with applicable electrical codes and installation instructions.
Can the lighting fixture be installed on a sloped ceiling?
Many lighting fixtures can be installed on sloped, vaulted, or angled ceilings, but compatibility varies by design. Unless otherwise stated, the standard configuration is intended for installation on a flat ceiling.
If you have a non-flat ceiling, please contact us before ordering and provide your ceiling type, angle, and height. We will confirm compatibility and advise whether different hardware or customization is required.
Will I need to assemble the product?
Most furniture arrives fully assembled or requires only minimal setup. To help prevent damage during transit, handles, legs, shelves, or other small components may be packed separately. These components are generally easy to attach, and instructions will be included where required.
Lighting fixtures are generally not shipped fully assembled because of their size and fragile components. Assembly and installation of hardwired lighting must be completed by a licensed electrician. Standard installation instructions and applicable hardware will be included.
