WHAT CAN BE CUSTOMIZED？
Customization options vary by product and may include:
- DIMENSIONS：Selected widths, depths, heights, diameters, overall proportions, or lighting suspension lengths may be adjusted to better suit your space.
- MATERIALS：Selected products may be available in different woods, stones, marbles, metals, glass, fabrics, and other suitable materials.
- FINISHES & UPHOLSTERY：Explore available wood tones, metal finishes, fabrics, textures, and colors for eligible products.
- CONFIGURATIONS：Selected sofas, sectionals, tables, storage pieces, and lighting designs may be available in different configurations or specifications.
All customization requests are reviewed to ensure appropriate proportions, structural integrity, functionality, and installation requirements.

- FURNITURE：Customization is available for select sofas, sectionals, dining tables, chairs, benches, cabinets, sideboards, beds, and other furniture.

To request customization for a Creston Living product, send us the product name or link together with your requirements. Availability will be confirmed based on the product’s design, structure, and manufacturing requirements.

Our team will confirm the available options and provide the final specifications, custom pricing, and estimated production timeline.
04 — PRODUCTION & DELIVERY
Once the specifications and order are approved, your piece will enter production. We will keep you informed and coordinate delivery when it is ready.

What details can I customize?

Can a chandelier or pendant be adjusted for my ceiling height?
For many eligible fixtures, the suspension length and overall drop can be adjusted. Please provide your ceiling height and preferred hanging height with your inquiry.
What information should I provide?
Please provide the product name or link, requested changes, preferred dimensions and materials, quantity, and any relevant room photos, measurements, design drawings, or floor plans, if available.
How much does customization cost, and how long does it take?
Pricing and production timelines depend on the product, materials, dimensions, quantity, and complexity. An estimate will be provided before your order is confirmed.
Are custom orders returnable?
Custom and made-to-order pieces are generally final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective, or different from the approved specifications. Please review all details carefully before confirming your order.
