White Glove Service

At Creston Living, we offer White Glove Delivery for selected oversized furniture and fragile items that require additional handling beyond standard freight delivery.

White Glove service is designed to provide a smoother delivery experience for large furniture while helping reduce the risk of transit-related damage.

1. Delivery Service Options

Please note that service availability may vary depending on product size, destination, carrier availability, and delivery location.


2. White Glove Delivery Rates

White Glove fees are calculated per delivery order.

The final service fee will be displayed before order confirmation whenever White Glove delivery is selected.


3. Lighting Installation Disclaimer

White Glove Delivery does not include electrical installation.

For safety and code compliance reasons, all lighting fixtures should be installed by a licensed electrician selected by the customer.

Our delivery teams are not authorized to perform electrical work.


4. Delivery Preparation

To help ensure a successful delivery, customers are responsible for:

• Confirming that products can pass through doorways, hallways, staircases, elevators, and entryways

• Measuring the intended installation location before delivery

• Removing existing furniture when necessary

• Providing a safe and accessible delivery path

White Glove teams cannot move or dispose of existing furniture unless specifically arranged through a third-party provider.


5. Delivery Scheduling

For White Glove orders, the delivery carrier will contact you once the shipment reaches the local delivery network.

Delivery appointments are typically scheduled directly with the customer.

An adult aged 18 years or older must be present during delivery.

Customers should inspect the product upon delivery and report any visible concerns immediately.


6. White Glove Service and Returns

If a return is requested due to customer preference, change of mind, incorrect size selection, or similar non-quality-related reasons:

• Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer

• For oversized furniture, return transportation may require freight carrier pickup

• Creston Living can assist with arranging return transportation through contracted freight providers

• Actual return freight costs will be disclosed before pickup is arranged

• Approved freight return charges will be deducted from the final refund amount

White Glove Service Fees

Once White Glove service has been completed, the White Glove service fee is non-refundable because the service has already been performed.

If a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, any White Glove service fee paid for that item will be refunded or credited as part of the approved resolution.
