These Billing Terms & Conditions apply to all payment transactions processed through the Creston Living website, crestonliving.com.

Creston Living is a furniture and lighting brand operated by Jinyuntong Building Materials Business Department of Nanchang County.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to these Billing Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Pricing and Currency

All prices displayed on our website are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD), unless otherwise stated.

Pricing Accuracy

We make every reasonable effort to ensure that product prices, discounts, shipping costs, taxes, and checkout totals are accurate.

In the rare event of a typographical, technical, or system pricing error, we will contact you before processing shipment.

If a pricing correction is required, you may choose to:

• Confirm the order at the corrected price

• Cancel the order and receive a full refund to the original payment method

We will not ship an order at a corrected price without customer confirmation.

Your payment method will be charged in full at the time the order is placed to automatically reserve inventory from our regional stock. All transactions are securely routed through PCI-DSS compliant standard Shopify payment gateways. Jinyuntong Building Materials Business Department does not possess the technical or legal capacity to process offline or unverified manual credit charges.

4. Sales Tax

Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on the shipping destination and local tax rules.

The final checkout total will show:

• Applicable discounts

• Applicable sales tax

• Shipping charges, if any

• Final amount due

We currently offer free standard shipping for eligible orders within the contiguous United States, unless otherwise stated before purchase.

5. Order Confirmation and Invoice

After successful payment authorization, you will receive an order confirmation email.

The order confirmation serves as your initial purchase record.

A shipment confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once your order has been dispatched.

Opening a chargeback before contacting us may delay resolution because the payment provider may place the transaction under formal review.
