LIMITED WARRANTY

At Creston Living, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our furniture and lighting products. This Limited Warranty covers eligible manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship arising under normal residential use, beginning on the date of delivery and continuing for the applicable warranty periods listed below.

This Limited Warranty applies to eligible products purchased directly through Creston Living by the original purchaser and delivered within the contiguous United States.

This Limited Warranty applies to warranty service only. It does not replace, extend, or modify our Return & Refund Policy.

WARRANTY COVERAGE

INDOOR UPHOLSTERY

Indoor upholstery is not warranted for outdoor use.

INDOOR FURNITURE

Indoor furniture is not warranted for outdoor use.

Natural variations in wood grain, knots, marble veining, stone texture, color, metal finish, and other natural characteristics are not considered manufacturing defects.

LIGHTING

Lighting fixtures must be installed by a licensed electrician in accordance with applicable electrical codes and the installation instructions supplied with the product.

Light bulbs and other replaceable consumable components are not covered under this Limited Warranty.

DELIVERY-RELATED ISSUES

Please inspect your shipment immediately upon delivery.

Damage occurring during transit, incorrect items, defective items identified upon delivery, and missing components must be reported to Creston Living within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

Your order number
Photos of the shipping label
Photos of the outer packaging
Clear photos or videos showing the issue
A description of the problem

Delivery-related claims will be reviewed in accordance with our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy. Depending on the circumstances, available resolutions may include replacement parts, product replacement, repair assistance, return authorization, or refund approval.

The 48-hour reporting requirement for delivery-related issues is separate from the manufacturing-defect warranty periods listed in this Limited Warranty.

WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS

This Limited Warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear
Accidental damage, misuse, abuse, or neglect
Improper assembly or installation
Installation of lighting by anyone other than a licensed electrician
Improper care, cleaning, maintenance, or storage
Damage caused by excessive moisture, heat, sunlight, or humidity
Damage caused by pets
Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or alterations
Damage resulting from commercial or outdoor use
Damage occurring during customer-arranged transportation or relocation
Damage caused by failure to follow applicable care or installation instructions

Natural variations in wood grain, knots, marble and stone veining, texture, tone, leather markings, metal patina, and handcrafted finishes are inherent characteristics of these materials and are not considered manufacturing defects.

Normal changes resulting from use—including cushion softening, fabric wrinkling, minor finish changes, surface wear, and natural material aging—are also not considered manufacturing defects.

WARRANTY SERVICE

If an eligible manufacturing defect is confirmed within the applicable warranty period, Creston Living will determine an appropriate resolution based on the nature and extent of the issue.

Available warranty remedies may include:

Repair assistance
Repair or replacement parts
Replacement with the same product
Replacement with a comparable product if the original product is unavailable

Warranty replacements are provided to resolve confirmed product defects and are separate from direct product exchanges. Creston Living does not currently process direct exchanges requested because of personal preference, change of mind, or selection of an incorrect product.

Refund and return eligibility are governed separately by our Return & Refund Policy, including its applicable 30-day return window.

Creston Living’s total liability under this Limited Warranty will not exceed the original purchase price of the affected product.

SHIPPING COSTS FOR WARRANTY SERVICE

If a manufacturing defect is confirmed and an approved repair or replacement requires transportation, Creston Living will cover reasonable shipping costs associated with the approved warranty remedy.

Customers must not ship, return, or transport a product without prior written authorization from Creston Living.

If an issue is determined to fall outside the applicable warranty coverage, any related inspection, service, repair, replacement, or shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer. Any applicable costs will be communicated before service or transportation is arranged.

Returns and return shipping costs are governed separately by our Return & Refund Policy.

WARRANTY LIMITATIONS

This Limited Warranty:

Applies only to the original purchaser
Applies only to eligible products purchased directly through Creston Living
Applies only to normal residential use
Begins on the date of delivery
Is non-transferable

This Limited Warranty does not apply to:

Clearance or final sale items
Floor samples
Products that have been altered or modified
Decorative accessories unless otherwise specified
Products used for commercial or outdoor purposes
Products purchased from unauthorized third parties or resellers

Nothing in this Limited Warranty limits or excludes any mandatory consumer rights or protections available under applicable law.

Your order number
Proof of purchase
A detailed description of the issue
Clear photos or videos showing the affected area
Any other supporting information reasonably requested during the review

All warranty claims must be reviewed and approved before any repair, replacement, shipment, or return arrangements are made.

Please do not return products to our fulfillment warehouse without prior written authorization. Unauthorized returns may be refused or experience processing delays.

After reviewing the claim, Creston Living will notify the customer of the available resolution and any required next steps.
